Details: Successfully replace and Aligned the 6 rotary blade & 2 stationary blade in our ADLER machine granulator installed in Zamil Plastic to meet the design output of the machine 500kg/hour. Since the machine blade was properly align by our service Engineer the output was increase to 556kg/hr on the actual test run of the machine. The materials that was grind on the machine is compose of Polypropylene battery casing (800grams), battery casing (600 grams) & 20 liter pail.
